Task Order Information
Note: On this worksheet, the Government has provided details on the Task Order to include a list of vehicle barrier systems for the Offeror to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, travel, periodic inspection, repair, and other items and services necessary to perform vehicle barriers maintenance and repair as defined in the PWS. The Task Order is representative of work at XXXXX Air Force Base (AFB) covering an ordering period of one (1) base year with four (4) one-year option periods and one (1) six-month extension. The Offeror will price the Task Order on the "VB MR Task Order Pricing Matrix" (using one worksheet/tab per ordering period).

Scope of Work:
IAW the PWS, the Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, travel, periodic inspection, minor repair, and other items and services necessary to provide maintenance for the vehicle barrier systems identified in the chart below. Travis AFB has a total of nine (9) gates with four (4) vehicle barrier systems and six (6) bollards. All vehicle barrier systems identified in the chart below are currently in green status (see the PWS's, Appendix I for definition).

Statement of Need:

CLIN X001:

The Contractor shall conduct preventive maintenance IAW the MAC IDIQ’s PWS Section 1.3 and this Task Order's PWS for the Twenty-Seven (27) vehicle barriers identified in the chart below. Specifically, the Contractor shall provide a total of four (4) monthly maintenance, inspections, and repair services to include those actions required to preserve and maintain the Twenty-Seven (27) vehicle barrier systems in such a condition to function efficiently. For each of the Twenty-Seven (27) vehicle barrier systems, the Contractor shall provide the following elements of preventive maintenance as identified in the MAC IDIQ’s PWS Section 1.3:

Technical Data (OEM O&M information)
Barrier Pits (maintain cleanliness)
Contractor Hotline (telephone call log for Task Order)
Telephone Support (after notification from CO/COR, Lead Technician needs to be able to attempt to resolve situation over telephone)
Annual Training (performed by Lead Technician and/or crew for each barrier system)
Paint/Corrosion Control (repaint entire barrier during summer session of quarterly PM; pressure wash, remove corrosion, apply primer)
Minor Repairs (labor only, parts allowance provided at $50 per barrier per quarter IAW PWS)
O&M Plan (per the basic MAC IDIQ's PWS Section 6.1)
Applicable Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Items:
CDRL A001: Maintenance and Repair Log (record that covers duration of Task Order and is provided to Government at completion of Task Order; includes equipment repair costs, deficiencies, problem areas, warranty information, non-serviceable equipment, per the basic MAC IDIQ's PWS Section 6.3)

Monthly Project Meetings (via teleconference to discuss Task Order issues, work schedule, traffic control plans, coordination plans, per the basic MAC IDIQ's PWS Section 5.2)

Preventive Maintenance (PM) In/Out Briefs (upon completion of work; includes items such as status of completed work, operational status, PM checklist, etc., per the basic MAC IDIQ's PWS Section 5.3)

Quarterly Reports (related to PM only; includes items such as condition and work completed on all barriers, separate sections for PM at each gate location, dates/times/locations of PM performed, etc., per the basic MAC IDIQ's PWS Section 7.1)

CDRL A002: Annual Training (provide one (1) copy of recorded training to Government on DVD and provide laminated placards (for each guard house where barrier(s) is located), per the basic MAC IDIQ's PWS Section 1.3.1.5)

CLIN X002:

Routine service calls shall be conducted IAW the basic MAC IDIQ's PWS Sections 8.1.1, 8.1.3, and 8.3.1. Starting from approval by the CO, the Lead Technician shall be on-site within 24 hours or by 1000hrs the next business day (whichever is greater). The number of instances of routine service calls are identified in the CLIN tables above.

CLIN X003:

Emergency service calls shall be conducted IAW the basic MAC IDIQ's PWS Section 8.1.1, 8.1.2, and 8.3.1. Starting from approval by the CO, the Lead Technician shall be on-site within six (6) hours. The number of instances of emergency service calls are identified in the CLIN tables above.

CLIN X005:

Barrier system controls schematics shall be provided IAW the basic MAC IDIQ's PWS Section 1.3.4. Schematics are required (one per barrier type) for the barriers highlighted in blue in the chart below. Schematics shall be in Microsoft Word. Applicable CDRL: CDRL A004.
