5.The pricing sheet referred to in #2 above also indicates a quan ty of 1 maintenance visit for each contract year, although the description indicates “quarterly” maintenance. Please clarify the number of scheduled maintenance visits for each contract year.

A.The required maintenance is quarterly (4 mes each year) as stated in the PWS paragraph 1.3.1.

6. The bid documents do not include any information on the specific barriers to be maintained. Please provide a breakdown by gate of the makes/models of barriers to be maintained and their quantity at each gate.

A.Barrier equipment list has been uploaded to SAM.gov

7.Please also indicate which gates, if any, have installed the access control system as described in SDDCTEA Pamphlet 55-15 to include traffic light delays, overspeed detection, wrong way detection, etc.

A.The equipment list uploaded in SAM.gov has this informa on.

8.Please indicate whether overhead or side-of-the-road traffic lights are installed at each gate.

A.All barrier traffic lights are side traffic lights as indicated in the equipment list a achment.

Questions 1.Would you kindly confirm if this is an en rely new effort or is there an incumbent currently providing these services? If so, would you please provide the incumbent contract details?

A.The equipment has been maintained by the installa on maintenance team in the past years.

2.What will be the contract value for this opportunity?

A.We are not able to provide that informa on at this me.

3.Please provide the name of the current or most recent ac ve vehicle barrier maintenance provider, the period of performance, and the contract award amounts by contract year.

A.The equipment has been maintained by the installa on maintenance team in the past years.

4.Paragraph 6 of FA442725Q0004+Vehicle+Barrier+MX provides a pricing table, but the fields provided for entering pricing do not accept more than one digit. Will the government provide a revised pricing table or should offerors recreate it in Excel?

A. The document is adobe compadable as should be able to be revised there. If for some reason you are unable to edit the table given and recreate one of your own, be sure that it replicates the layout of the table given in the solicitation.

7.The solicita on currently indicates responses are due by 12:00 PDT on April 20, 2025, which is a Sunday. Will responses by accepted on April 21, 2025?

A. The solicitation will be extened to 3 May 2025 for all quote to be recieved.
