QUESTIONS FOR FA4419-25-Q-0031
Question:
Attachment 4 – Salient Characteristics Specification “Torchmate CAD/CAM”
Is this Brand Name Software required or is this specification just being used as a point of reference for the software capabilities? I just want to make sure I understand this specification because if it is the Brand Name Software then there is only one source for the whole system. If it is for reference that then opens up for other sourcing solutions. Thank you for your assistance.
Answer:
The “Torchmate CAD/CAM” is important to us because it is what our craftsmen have used at other bases and in deployed locations. We do not want any other Software since we have the organic capability to train others in-house and will not have to send anyone for training.
