About this file
This Statement of Work details a surveillance camera system upgrade for Building 700 at Joint Base Charleston, SC. The project involves expanding the existing camera system from 8 to 13 cameras, including five new Avigilon 3X8MP and 4X8MP cameras with wide dynamic range and 270-360 degree views, and one new FLIR camera to replace an inoperable unit. The system will include a new Network Video Recorder (NVR) capable of 14-day video storage, a remote monitoring workstation, a 48" HD wall-mounted monitor, and will be configured as a closed-circuit system independent of the local area network.
Key installation requirements include mounting one 270-degree camera in each of the four building corners at 16 feet height, one 360-degree camera in the ceiling's center, relocating the command center to the Coordinator's Office, and installing the new NVR rack in the Communication Room. The contractor must ensure seamless integration between Avigilon and existing FLIR camera systems, provide all necessary hardware and software, configure video analytics templates, and deliver post-installation user training. The system will provide 24/7/365 continuous recording with simultaneous camera viewing capabilities.
