About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a surveillance camera system upgrade for Building 700 at Joint Base Charleston, SC. The project requires installing five new Avigilon cameras (one 360-degree and four 270-degree view cameras) to integrate with an existing eight-camera FLIR system, creating a total 13-camera closed-circuit surveillance network. The system specifications include a Network Video Recorder (NVR) with 14-day video storage, a remote monitoring workstation, a 48" HD wall-mounted monitor, Power over Ethernet (PoE) cameras, and Cat 6 communication patch cables. The contractor will be responsible for complete installation, including camera mounting at specific heights, rerouting existing cables, relocating the command center to the Coordinator's Office, configuring video analytics templates, ensuring network connectivity on a closed network, providing all necessary software, and conducting post-installation user training. The system must provide 24/7 continuous monitoring with simultaneous camera viewing capabilities and maintain full functionality of the existing FLIR system.
