About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Hoods and Ducts Inspection and Cleaning Services federal contract (Solicitation Number FA441825Q0029). The Q&A provides key details about the procurement, including that it is a follow-on requirement with a previous contract (FA441821C0003) held by Protect Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning, LLC, which was valued at $286,350.00 with a base period plus four option years. The document clarifies document access issues, confirms the use of solid fuels in monthly units, and notes that the buildings are not all flat-roofed. Potential vendors can request additional documents via email if they encounter access problems, and the Q&A provides transparency about the incumbent contractor and contract history.
