COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
EAST WEST, INC.
AND
INDUSTRIAL, TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL
EMPLOYEES UNION, OPEIU Local 4873, AFL-CIO
FOR
JOINT BASE CHARLESTON – NAVAL WEAPONS STATION
CHARLESTON, SC

(AND ANY SUCCESSOR CONTRACT NUMBERS)
DURATIONS DATES: October 1, 2014 – September 30, 2017 either alone or with a Union representative, from consulting with the Company representative on problems relating to their individual work schedules.
ARTICLE XXXII- DURATION
Section A
This agreement shall become effective October 1, 2014, and shall continue in full force and effect until September 30. 2017, and shall renew itself each successive October 161 thereafter unless written notice of an intended change is served in accordance with the Labor Management Relations Act, as amended, by either party hereto at least sixty (60) days but not more than ninety (90) days prior to the termination date of the contract.
Section B
For the purpose of negotiating changes in wages, group insurance contributions, sick leave, vacation and holidays, as well as changes in or the introduction of other fringe benefit programs, the parties shall meet on or about June 161 of each contract year. If the parties are unable to reach agreement by August 15111 of each year, either party may terminate this Agreement upon ten (10) days written notice to the other party.

APPENDIX- 1- JURY DUTY
CURRENT & EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1. 2014:
If an employee is summoned to serve on the jury on his regularly scheduled workday, he shall be paid the difference between the amount he received for jury duty and his usual rate of pay.
In order to be eligible for this compensation, the employee shall furnish, the employer, on request, a written statement from the Clerk of the court showing that he was summoned and also the amount received for jury duty.
APPENDIX -J- BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
CURRENT & EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1. 2014:
In instances of the deNh of a member of the immediate family of an employee, occurring after the completion of the employee's probationary period, the Company will grant a paid leave of not more than three (3) days to enable such employee to attend the funeral and otherwise assist in arrangements pertaining to the burial of a member of the family. A days pay will consist of the employee's regular base -rate for the hours scheduled for the time during which the bereavement leave occurs and shall be applicable only to days within his regular work week.
The term "immediate" family used herein is defined as consisting of the following members only: MOTHER, FATHER, SPOUSE, CHILDREN, BROTHERS, SISTERS, GRANDPARENTS (PARENTAL), FATHER-IN-LAW AND MOTHER-IN-LAW
