The contractor owns salvage rights to all remaining materials and equipment, except the HVAC chiller and freezer which the Government will remove. Hazardous materials abatement must follow NESHAP requirements and Florida administrative code. A January 2009 survey will be provided to bidders, with contractors responsible for verifying dimensions and discovering unforeseen hazardous materials. The drawings included in the Solicitation are not scalable and cannot be enlarged without being pixelated. Are up to date as-built drawings available for existing site utilities in and around the site, structural, Mech, Electr, Plumbing drawings as well as a final site drawing indicating final grades/ slopes, swales, for final grading and location/ configuration of new sidewalks (1092 sf) and curbing (182LF) as noted in the Solicitation. Solicitation & SOWThe Section C and text in SF 1447 Block 10 include, in two locations each, text that reads: "provide drawings, reports as required in PWS Sated 31 Jan 2026." However, the referenced SOW dated 31 January 2026 does not mention any required drawings to be provided by the contractor. It does state "The Contractor shall confine activities to areas defined by the drawings and specifications". Please provide these referenced drawings and specifications.Section B description includes "Drawings", this wording was deleted from the soliciation. Clauses 52.236-21 and 52.236-1 Alt 1 - are required for Construction Contracts. This is also the date included in Section L, Instructions to Offerors, Paragraph 2.1 - Bid Opening will be conducted at the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron Conference Room, located at 350 Tully Street, Bldg. 90039, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. Many of these older buildings have Communications 'cross-connections' within them which could disable communications to other areas on base when communications are disconnected at this location. SOW; Para.1.1 vs. SolicitationThere appears to be a discrepancy regarding the POP duration of the project within the Solicitation documents. Sect. F. denotes 240D (5/1/26 to 12/27/26) as does the Work-Time Analysis. The PWS, however states 334D. Please clarify POP duration as well as whether the POP start date shall coincide with the award date or the NTP.The PoP duration of this project is 240 days. The PWS will be corrected to reflect 240 days. The POP will start at the time of NTP, to be issued by the Contracting Officer after award.General

SOW; Para.2.1Block 10 on the SF 1447 and Section C both mention "abatement of site hazardous-containing materials and soil" and Section C also mentions "hazardous materials testing, abatement and legal disposal." We note that the Site Visit Summary states that "asbestos has been identified in the building; surveys for asbestos, lead, and other hazards will be provided. Mr. Javier will provide surveys for asbestos, lead etc." Is it the USAF's expectation that the forthcoming surveys will provide enough information about the type and quantity of hazardous material and contaminated soil for contractors to use for bidding purposes? Uncertainty in this aspect of the scope will increase contractor bids. To reduce this uncertainty, would the USAF provide information and assumptions to support hazardous materials abatement/disposal cost estimates?A survey from January 2009 will be included to prospective bidders.
