About this file

This document is Amendment 1 for a Request for Information (RFI) related to STTS Resiliency Events. The amendment contains five key questions seeking clarification on proposal pricing details, including specific inquiries about childcare services, lodging requirements, event attendees, and logistical considerations. The questions are focused on establishing standardized parameters for comparative pricing purposes across proposals, with specific reference to 39 couples, families, and facilitators mentioned in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section 1.1.1. The amendment requests vendors to provide consistent information about child counts, lodging rooms, dinner cruise attendance, meeting space requirements for specific Contract Line Items (CLIN 1002 & 1003), and potential activities at the New Mexico location.

Amendment 1

RFI’s STTS Resiliency Events

1. What child count should we use for equal pricing amongst proposals for childcare services & meals?

2. PWS 1.1.1 states 39 couples, families & facilitators- How many total lodging rooms per night are you wanting for equal pricing amongst proposals? How many extra rooms should we account for, for larger families? How many facilitators? We understand this is an estimate & for comparative pricing purposes.

3. For the dinner cruise- how many total attendees are we accounting for seating & meals for equal pricing amongst proposals?

4. For CLIN 1002 & 1003 should we use the same attendee, lodging counts & meeting space requirements for equal pricing amongst proposals?

5. Is there an activity for the New Mexico location that needs to be accounted for in the pricing?
