This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the "Reintegrating Everyone in Special Tactics" (REST) program, which will conduct two reintegration weekends for military personnel and their families in November 2025 and May 2026. The events will be hosted at 4-star resort locations near Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Taos, New Mexico, accommodating up to 120 participants (39 couples) for 3 days and 2 nights. Key requirements include providing private rooms, meeting spaces, onsite childcare, and comprehensive meal services.

The PWS specifies detailed requirements for lodging, which must include amenities like fitness centers, swimming pools, and recreational activities. Childcare must be provided by licensed professionals, with activity plans tailored to include children with special needs. Meals will be buffet-style with multiple options, including a Saturday night dinner cruise for the Florida event.
