About this file

This document is Amendment 2 to a Request for Information (RFI) for STTS Resiliency Events, focusing on clarifying lodging requirements. The amendment addresses two key questions about accommodation details: first, the discrepancy between the Performance Work Statement (PWS) narrative stating a requirement for 40 rooms to accommodate 120 participants or 39 couples, and a table showing only 21 guest rooms. The response suggests the facility must be able to accommodate 39 couples, but the quote only needs to include 10 rooms per night, with the assumption that the remaining 29 couples will either not require lodging or will pay for their own accommodations. The second question seeks clarification on the number of facilitators and corresponding room requirements, with the response directing readers to an updated 1.1.1 Description of Lodging paragraph and chart for further details.

Amendment 2

RFI’s STTS Resiliency Events

1. We would just like to confirm our understanding of the PWS WRT lodging. The description narrative establishes the requirement f/ lodging for a maximum of 120 participants or 39 couples = min 40 rooms (accommodating children, if required). However, the included table only identify twenty-one (21) guest rooms. The description and table seem to be in contrast of each other.

Please confirm if the requirement is:

The facility is required to be able to accommodate 39 couples, however the quote is only required to include 10 rooms/night. Thereby assuming the remaining 29 couples will either not require lodging OR will lodging will be at the member’s expense.

Answer: See updated 1.1.1 Description of Lodging paragraph and chart.

2. The lodging requirement text references “facilitators” in the plural, but facilitators are not otherwise defined in the requirement. As the number of facilitators will directly affect the total rooms required, could you please confirm.

- The total numbers of facilitators expected

- The total number of rooms required

Answer: See updated 1.1.1 Description of Lodging paragraph and chart.
