About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding an upcoming Blanket Purchase Agreement for Man Lift Maintenance Services at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron intends to establish a single or multiple BPAs for maintenance of seven JLG man lifts currently owned by the Government. Two 400 series lifts have been awaiting repair estimates for almost a year, while two 860 series lifts require minor attention but remain operational. Inspections and minor repairs may be conducted on site, while more extensive repairs will require off site work. Three of the lifts are new models from 2022-2023, while the remaining four are 2014 or older. The BPA will have a $25,000 individual call limit and $249,500 maximum value. This is a 100% small business set-aside solicited under NAICS code 811310 by the Department of the Air Force Special Operations Command.
