A2. Contract FA441719PA001 has a Total Contract Value of $135,575.00.

Q3. What is the evaluation criteria?

A3. As listed in Attachment 4 – Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Services, this acquisition will utilize a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. The evaluation factors and subfactors are listed within the referenced attachment.

Q4. With chances of going through a government shutdown in the next 45 days, what do you think is going to happen and will I receive a stop work notice?

A4. The above referenced contract is funded through 31 December 2023. This solicitation is for a follow-on requirement to begin performance on 1 January 2024. I am unable to speculate what may happen with the funding at this time.

Q5. In lieu of a government shutdown, will work for this solicitation be deemed essential?
