Q&A #2

1) Question: Understanding that the events previously scheduled during the pandemic have been rescheduled into the next 18-24 months, and that leisure business in Florida is at an all-time high, we understand space will be both limited and at a premium. In follow up to your response to this question, will the government be willing to alter their PWS to include properties outside the 30 mile radius, limit the number of amenities required, or pay guest room rates over per diem to meet your needs?

Answer: The Government is unable to accommodate a larger radius and requires lodging no more than 30 miles from Hurlburt Field. The Government requires the amenities listed in the PWS. Contractors should adhere to the limitations as stated in the PWS. If room rates exceed per diem this cost should be factored into the contractor’s quote.
