About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division, effective August 22, 2026 (Wage Determination No. 2015-5075, Revision 34).
The wage determination establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for service contract workers in Illinois and Missouri counties, including Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Jersey, Madison, Monroe, and St. Clair counties in Illinois, and Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Louis, St. Louis City, and Warren counties in Missouri. The determination covers over 200 occupational classifications spanning administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, heating and air conditioning, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation roles. Hourly wage rates range from approximately $13.66 to $50.64 depending on the occupation and level. All listed occupations receive health and welfare benefits of $5.92 per hour (up to 40 hours per week or $236.80 per week/$1,026.13 per month), with additional health and welfare benefits available under Executive Orders 13786 and 13658 for certain covered contracts. The determination includes special provisions for computer employees meeting specific exemption criteria, air traffic controllers and weather observers receiving night pay and Sunday pay differentials, hazardous duty pay differentials of 4-8 percent for ordnance and explosives work, and uniform allowance reimbursement at $3.35 per week for employees required to wear uniforms. Paid leave requirements include a minimum of three weeks annually after eight years of service and four weeks after fifteen years, eleven paid holidays per year, and sick leave provisions as specified in 29 CFR 4.173.
