About this file
This document is an Amendment 01 for a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the 375th Contracting Squadron of the Department of the Air Force on 29 April 2025, related to grease trap cleaning services at Scott Air Force Base. The amendment makes three key modifications to the original solicitation: revising the pricing sheet to accurately reflect the number of indoor and outdoor grease trap cleanings occurring monthly, adjusting the pricing sheet to correct the amount of enzyme cleanings for outdoor grease traps, and changing the quote due date. Potential vendors with questions are instructed to contact the contracting officer via email at the provided government addresses.
The solicitation (FA440724QTW09) requires a contractor to provide comprehensive grease trap maintenance services, including physically cleaning traps, removing solid and semi-solid grease, and using enzymatic treatments with live microorganisms in drainage lines and floor drains. The work must comply with state and federal pollution laws and meet USDA food preparation area safety standards. The scope covers multiple buildings at Scott Air Force Base, with the contractor responsible for supplying all necessary labor, transportation, materials, and equipment to complete the specified cleaning and maintenance tasks.
