About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Command Post Badging System contract (Solicitation Number FA3099-25-Q-1020). The Q&A provides details about an access control system upgrade, revealing that the current system uses a SECURITRON DK-26 Digital Keypad. Key insights include the client's preference to reuse existing locking mechanisms and a desire to avoid installing access control panels in the COMM Closet due to limited administrator access. The facility has a drop ceiling with unknown height, and there is no preferred system manufacturer, though the system must meet the Salient Characteristics document requirements.
