About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Goodfellow Grounds Maintenance FY25 solicitation (FA303025Q0022). The Q&A addresses several critical aspects of the contract, including clarifications on irrigation services (no licensed irrigator required), contract details about the fuel tank (government-owned), and evaluation criteria. Key clarifications include that past performance will only be used to verify contractor responsibility, Appendix G must be submitted with pricing, and the Auto Test area is not included in the contract. The government is not considering a contract extension at this time.
The Q&A provides supplemental information to the underlying solicitation, which is a 100% 8(a) set-aside IDIQ contract for landscaping services at Goodfellow Air Force Base in Texas. The contract will cover a base period of 365 days with four optional years, involving landscaping, vegetation management, and grounds maintenance. Interested vendors must be registered in SAM.gov, attend a mandatory site visit by March 4, 2025, submit questions by March 7, 2025, and submit final quotes by March 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST to the contract specialist, SSgt Merrick Ferguson.
