The document addresses contractor questions about debris disposal requirements, paint specifications, and potential issues with the water tanks. According to the responses, debris disposal must be conducted outside government property at a sanitary landfill or through recycling, conforming to all local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor must follow manufacturer recommendations for paint application and warranty requirements, with paint specifications referenced in SOW Part 2.0 Products, paragraphs 2.1-2.3.
The Q&A clarifies that all known issues requiring attention are detailed in the SOW and March 2023 Inspection Report, with instructions for contractors to notify the contracting officer if additional code compliance issues are discovered. The document also notes that the first amendment to the solicitation was made to change the site visit date. An environmental protection tracking report for construction and demolition debris must be completed by the contractor and submitted to the government.
