For the Fire Academy location (B3453), can you provide the required window of shut-down time(s), also if this location will require a temporary chiller solution while the repair is conducted?
Answer:
Multiple factors play into this: The Government would prefer B3453 chiller repair be done in the winter to limit the effect on the facility.
Timing would be dependant on the contract award, NTP, Contractor's submitted schedule, and the Contractors' ability to execute the repair. Normal duty hours at B3453 are 0600 to 1630 M- F; weekend work would be considered upon request. The expectation would be to accomplish this repair within a 4 to 5 day window.
