About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a security camera purchase and installation project for Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi. The project involves providing and installing a new Video Management System (VMS) with cloud-based video surveillance capabilities, including AI-driven analytics, role-based access controls, and single sign-on features. The contractor will supply and install 25 new cameras (replacing 14 existing and adding 11 new), with 16 fiber-powered cameras and 9 solar-powered cameras, and integrate up to 40 existing Axis cameras into the system.
The installation will cover multiple buildings across the base, with cameras positioned at various gates, inspection areas, visitor centers, and strategic locations. Key technical requirements include 4K resolution cameras, 30-day video storage, cybersecurity compliance with DoD standards, and integration with the Air Force Network. The project has a 60-day completion timeline from contract award, with a base year warranty from September 2025 to September 2026. The contractor must provide comprehensive documentation, conduct a training session, and ensure full system functionality and cybersecurity compliance.
