About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a security camera purchase and installation project for Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi, scheduled for August 2025. The project requires replacing fourteen existing cameras and installing eleven new cameras across multiple buildings, totaling 25 cameras. The contractor must provide and integrate a new Video Management System (VMS), install servers or cloud-based storage capable of storing 30 days of video recordings, and set up three workstations or virtual access points. The system must support integration of up to 40 existing Axis cameras with specific firmware requirements, connect to the Air Force Network, and comply with UFC standards.
Key technical requirements include advanced Artificial Intelligence capabilities for license plate recognition, tracking vehicles and individuals across multiple video feeds, and object detection. The installation must be completed within 60 calendar days of contract award, with cameras positioned at various strategic locations including gates, vehicle inspection areas, and building perimeters. Some cameras may require wireless operation. The contractor must perform cybersecurity hardening, submit comprehensive documentation, conduct a training session, and provide all necessary software licensing. The contract includes a base year from September 2025-2026 with four additional 12-month option years extending through September 2030.
