COLUMBUS AFB INSTALLATION SITE VISIT REQUIRED INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Prior to Site Visit Date/Time

• Submit NAME(s) (no more than two (2) individuals allowed) to the appropriate 14 CONS POC as directed in the Solicitation or COMBO Solicitation; provide approximate arrive time (allow no less than 30 minutes prior to meeting to obtain a Base Pass)

Day of Site Visit

Prior to leaving home, company, or business location

In Order Base Access bring the following

i. Approved Photo ID – States with approved Driver’s License (see https://www.dhs.gov/real-id)

ii. Vehicle Registration

iii. Proof of Vehicle Insurance

Arrive early - allow no less than 30 minutes to obtain a Base Pass. (These procedures are for meeting locations on or inside base that is non-Visitor Center meeting Locations.)

To Obtain Pass

Provide the following to the Guard in the Visitor’s Center.

i. Approved Photo ID – States with approved Driver’s License (see https://www.dhs.gov/real-id)

ii. Vehicle Registration

iii. Proof of Vehicle Insurance

After Obtaining Pass

Confirm/ask for directions to the meeting location or building listed in the in the Solicitation or

COMBO Solicitation

Go directly to meeting location and link up with the POC as directed https://www.dhs.gov/real-id https://www.dhs.gov/real-id
