The CFP will notify the on-call person for the Contractor. The Contractor will provide the CFP and/or the COR ongoing updates associated with outages/trouble call/tickets. The call will be opened and recorded in a Government provided Automated Information System (AIS). The category of the outage will be based on the Restoration Priority List (RPL) found in Appendix 5 and/or this section 2.2 of this PWS. If multiple outages occur the COR/CFP will assign the category of the outage and establish the repair priority. The COR may declare any outage as Emergency if declared mission critical. The Contractor shall respond on site and initiate repair actions within the specified time listed below from the time the contractor is notified of the outage. However, exceptions to time limits may be allowed, with the written approval of the COR, with appropriate justification. The Contractor shall continue to work on repair actions until service is restored based on priority or until a COR determines the repair is no longer mission critical.
