About this file
The file is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for Solicitation Number FA301625Q6049, related to the Great Texas Freedom Fest event. The solicitation requires a contractor to provide and set up tents, chairs, tables, lighting, and generators for the event. Key details include: setup begins Wednesday, April 9th at 8 AM, with construction of multiple tents (40x120, 60x60, and two 40x40), and final completion by April 11th. Contractors will need to use concrete blocks for tent anchoring, install internal tent lighting, and use generators primarily for evening lighting from 6-10 PM. The government will handle generator refueling, and portapotties will be provided on-site for the event day. Special access requirements include coordinating with point of contact (POC) upon arrival, using specific site entrances, and potentially completing a base access form, though the event site itself does not require special clearance. This is a new requirement, with no incumbent contractor from previous similar solicitations.

| 2 | May we access Wednesday 4/09 to begin the build of the 40x120 tent, 60x60 tent and (2) 40x40 tents. Then completion of these tents tables and chairs will happen on Thursday 4/10. Remaining items to be built on 4/10 and 4/11 at 1200 as specified. | SOW Para. 2. Timeline | Yes, we would have to be informed the contractor was arriving so the POCs could be out there to meet them |

| 7 | How long are generators expected to run per day? | SOW. Para 1.1.4.1 | The generators are for lighting the tents so about 6PM-10PM |
