About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details rental requirements for the Great Texas Freedom Fest at Joint Base San Antonio Ft. Sam Houston on 12 April 2025, issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command. The event requires comprehensive rental services including 620 white resin folding chairs, nine tents of varying sizes (ranging from 10x20 to 120x40), 146 six-foot rectangular tables, and lighting/generator equipment. Specific delivery and setup parameters mandate that the majority of chairs and tables be placed in designated tents, with remaining items positioned as directed by the government point of contact.
Critical logistical specifications include a precise timeline for delivery and setup, with initial tent and equipment installation beginning on 9 April and completed by 10:00 a.m. on 12 April, followed by removal on 13 April between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The contractor must provide an on-call point of contact, anchor tents securely using stakes or cement blocks, and ensure adequate internal tent lighting powered by generators. Contractor access requires pre-approval, with special forms to be completed for individual and vehicle entry to the installation. The solicitation (FA301625Q6049) emphasizes that all products should be acquired through a single purchase order without modifications.
