About this file
This Statement of Work details a retrofit project for metal halide ceiling fixtures at JBSA Kelly Annex Building 896. The project requires replacing eleven 400-Watt Metal Halide ceiling light fixtures with 120W/150W LED Corn bulbs (22,200 Lumens, 5000K, E39 base) located 40 feet above the floor. The contractor must remove existing lamps and ballasts, install new porcelain lamp sockets, and connect directly to existing line voltage, using a lift to access the fixtures.
The project is part of a Department of the Air Force solicitation (FA301625Q0127) with a 90-calendar day performance period, operating during normal duty hours (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday). The contractor must submit a progress schedule within 7 days of award, comply with safety regulations, and provide a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Project contacts are Rolando Villarreal (210-862-0476) and Victor Reyna (210-831-1150) from 502 CES, with daily inspections and a final project review to ensure compliance.
