Questions and Answers

Q1. Is there an incumbent that is performing these services? If so, what is the incumbent name and contract number?

A1. There is an incumbent. The incumbent name is Dynamic Mobile Solutions LLC, and the contract number is FA301623P0253.

A2. The cleaning service provider will refill the freshwater tank with water provided by them and transported on site with their service truck.

Q3. The contractor is responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and repair of two Government owned latrine trailers with tank capacities of 150 gallons and one stall each. Does this mean the contractor needs to have the capacity to haul away that waste and properly take it to a proper facility for further dumping?

Amendment 001

Q11. If there is a lot of tissue build up in waste tanks, is there a requirement to jet flush these toilets to break up waste?

A11. Yes, I would request that the service provider has the ability to clean out tissue build-up when servicing the units.

Q12. If this is a multi term/year requirement? Could you all provide the dates so we can ensure we quote this solicitation correctly?
