Services include furnishings and appliance movement, maintenance of an enterprise military housing database, assembly and disassembly, pick up and delivery, and potential refrigerant extraction. The period of performance is one base year with four one-year options. The pre-proposal site visit was scheduled for a specified date in January 2024. Questions were due by January 24, 2024 with responses posted to SAM.gov. The contracting agency is the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command.
The questions and answers file provides clarification on changes made to the contract line item numbers to incorporate all services under a single CLIN, with the exception of emergencies. Guidance is provided on paid sick leave provisions and applicable wage determinations. Clarification is also given that barcode printers and scanners will be government furnished, while consumables are the responsibility of the contractor according to the performance work statement. Historical mileage data and maximum weights are noted as unavailable.
