About this file
This document contains Questions and Answers related to Solicitation FA301624Q0005 for ATC Dorm Specific Furniture. The solicitation is for the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command. The key details are:
The furniture items must comply with the Buy American Act. There are no specific requirements for barcoding, packing, or manufacturer of the items. Delivery will be discussed upon award, and there is no payment schedule. The furniture specifications are generic, and there is no current incumbent contractor, as this is a new stand-alone contract. The contract will likely be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with hard delivery dates to be determined upon award of the first task order. The furniture will be delivered and installed using an elevator, and the contractor will be permitted to use dumpsters on-site. Samples may be required, and chairs, lockers, and bed frames may need to be pre-assembled prior to delivery.
