(28 April 2016) Question 1: Where in the SOW does it detail the maintenance services for the Flagpoles on the ranges? There is a CLINS for pricing that specifies 2.2.1.12 but in the SOW it does not mention the flag poles.

Question 3. Pp 2.2.5.2. and 2.2.6.2. What is the standard for doors and hoods for trainer vehicles to move smoothly up and down for closure? Please explain75% functioning rationale?

Government Response: The standard for vehicles within the training area as mentioned in the PWS, Paragraphs 2.2.5.2 and 2.2.6.2; is to open fully and remain closed if already closed at contract award. 75% out of 100% of the vehicle assets will be functioning properly according to the PWS requirements; asset functionality will be determined by evaluating operational status after contract award by both the contractor and a Government Representative.
