About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity MAHG25-1001, concerning the construction of a new school drop-off lane at F8568, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, dated May 13, 2026.

The document addresses three inquiries regarding project plans and scope of work. First, it confirms that plan scales are accurate as provided. Second, it clarifies that light pole installation shown on Sheet C-103 is part of the project scope; however, the contractor must coordinate with City Light and Power for demolition and installation of these poles, as CLP will perform this work. Third, regarding underground utilities depicted on Sheet C-104, the document specifies that the utility map is for reference only and that the actual utility work is limited to fire hydrant relocation and installation of new storm drain manholes. All other utilities shown on the reference map are not included in the contractor's scope of work.
