About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for Base Operations Support (BOS) services at Air Education and Training Command (AETC) bases. The Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command is seeking information from industry service providers capable of providing BOS services as a prime contractor for AETC bases, including but not limited to Keesler AFB, Laughlin AFB, Maxwell AFB, Sheppard AFB, and Vance AFB.
The Government is considering a 10-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle with a 5-year ordering period option, with individual task orders ranging from 3-5 years. The estimated total contract value is $4 billion. The RFI requests information on company capabilities, capacity to support all AETC locations, past performance, small business status, pricing methodologies, and suggestions for the contract requirements. Responses are due by May 10, 2024.
