Air Education and Training Command (AETC) and presented under the auspices of the Security
Assistance Training Program (AFSAT). All instruction and technical information shall be in the
English language.
1.2. Contractor shall provide training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) at RSAF base facilities in accordance with (IAW) the training requirements and objectives. The number of KSA
RSAF base facilities used for training will be dependent upon student load and base capacity. The primary training site will be King Khalid Air Base, Khamis Mushayt with King Abdul Aziz Air
Base, Dhahran and King Fahad Air Base, Taif as secondary and tertiary locations, respectively. All training shall be based on data available under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program and developed and presented IAW the country configured equipment. The total number of estimated students to be trained is 442. The estimated number of students per specialty and location is provided in Exhibit A. This will be updated based upon actual student performance/completion of
English language and USAF technical training.
1.3. The overall training objective is to produce qualified technicians in their assigned specialties that are able to maintain aircraft systems, subsystems, support equipment and/or provide logistics support and expertise with little or no supervision. Training requirements shall include providing students RSAF F-15C/D/S model aircraft specialty Upgrade Training (UGT) from a 3 skill level to a 5 skill level. This will include UGT for aircraft maintenance and advance courses for technicians to achieve the United States Air Force (USAF) equivalent 5-level skill award. The minimum duration of training for each student is expected to be twelve (12) months, but will be dependent on the individual student‘s skill level and shall last no longer than eighteen (18) months. The technicians receiving training will include the following specialties: Avionics Systems

(2A6X1E), Electrical/Environmental (2A6X6), Aircraft Armament Systems (2W1X1), Aerospace
Ground Equipment (2A6X2), Egress (2A6X3), Fuels (2A6X4), Hydraulics (2A6X5), Non-
Destructive Inspection (2A7X2), Aircraft Structures (2A7X3), Maintenance Management

Preparation effort can continue during the progress of a course as daily adjustments are made. Preparation also includes the time required to acquire parts, samples, and chemicals, set-up, hands-on application in the laboratory, and restore and return the laboratory and equipment to readiness for the next utilization.
