Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) training. All training shall be based on data available under the Foreign Military

Sales (FMS) program and developed and presented IAW the country configured equipment. The total number of estimated students to be trained is 442 and is provided in Exhibit A by specialty. This will be updated based upon actual student performance/completion of English language and the United States Air Force (USAF) technical training. All training will be conducted in two (2) eight (8) hour shifts as identified in paragraph 2.6.

1.3. The overall training objective is to produce qualified technicians in their assigned specialties that are able to maintain aircraft systems, subsystems, support equipment and/or provide logistics support and expertise with little or no supervision. Training requirements shall include providing students RSAF F-15C/D/S model aircraft specialty

This will include UGT for aircraft maintenance, applicable Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) specific Career Development Courses (CDCs) when requested by RSAF, and advance Field Training Detachment (FTD) courses for technicians to achieve USAF equivalent 5-level skill award.

The minimum duration of training for each student is 12 months, but will be dependent on the individual student‘s technical proficiency and is expected to last 18 months. The technicians receiving training will include the following specialties: Integrated Avionics Systems (2A3X4B), Tactical Aircraft Maintenance (Crew Chiefs) (2A3X3), Propulsion/Engines (2A6X1E), Electrical/Environmental (2A6X6), Aircraft Armament Systems (2W1X1), Aerospace

Ground Equipment (2A6X2), Egress (2A6X3), Fuels (2A6X4), Hydraulics (2A6X5), Non-Destructive Inspection

The CSTO access requests will be limited to specific RSAF F-15C/D/S systems/sub-systems for which courseware development is required and the number of Contractor personnel authorized access will be limited to individuals actively engaged in the courseware development process. AFSAT will actively oversee the

CSTO access process. All technical data accessed through the POD server will be considered critical technical data, as such, the Contractor shall be required to sign and comply with the requirements set forth in technical data management non-disclosure statement and it shall also be understood that all data to which the Contractor is provided access is the property of the USAF. In turn, full compliance with the individual data distribution statements is required. CSTO access will be limited to the contract POP. Once the contract is complete access will be terminated.
