| Question # | Section Reference | Question | Response |
| 31 | General | Many of the questions that have been submitted to date are critical to formulating a credible response with an acceptable level of risk. When do you anticipate that answers to current questions will be issued? Should the Government not have answers available to Industry by 19 August, would the proposal due date be extended in order to allow for completion of a compliant proposal? | An amendment will be issued that addresses answers to questions received from industry. The RFP due date will be extended in this amendment to permit industry sufficient review and response time. |
| 32 | Section C | Section C.1.4.5 (p. 469) and C.1.6 (p. 472); Section L.1.2.A.2.b (p. 598). The RFP requires the offeror to “provide documentation of agreement with the OEM to identify, locate, and gain access to country specific technical data.” When exchange of such information is required between Contractors, normally an agreement is in place between the Government and the OEM that mandates that the information be provided when requested. Is there such an agreement in place between the Government and OEM? Can you provide the point of contact at the OEM we should communicate with in order to establish an agreement? | Section L Subfactor 2 subparagraph b. has been amended to "processes to identify, locate, and gain access to country specific technical data." this is done to match PWS paragraph C1.4.5 and C1.6. Section M Subfactor 2 Subparagraph 2. has been amended to "2. detail how the offeror will effectively: 1) identify, locate, and gain access to country specific technical data". |
| 33 | General | We are requesting your assistance in identifying the appropriate CLIN for the following requirements found in the Solicitation. 1. Country Liaison Officer (CLO) Support; 2. Quality Control Inspector; 3. Management Support; and 4. Maintenance Instructor Course Material. Please clarify if they are needed. Also, If no additional CLIN will be added, which of the existing CLINs are to be used for each? | Section 4, General Information in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be amended to address the Country Liaison Officer. The offeror may address Quality Control Inspector, and Maintenance Instructor Course Material in CLINS that support the requirement. Management Support CLIN is established to provide support Performance Work Statement paragraph 1.2.10. |
