1I am looking into this project and how or when the scope of work/site visit/bidding is going to take place? We set a calender date for this solicitation to have updates by 6/27/25 but have not seen any. We are very interested in this project and would like to bid it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. No site visit was scheduled for this requirement since we do not currently have a seed project for companies to see or propose against. At this time companies just need to follow the instructions in Sections L of our solicitation. Questions were due 4 Aug and at this time they are being answered and will be posted early next week for interested parties. Please continue to monitor SAM.Gov if you remain interested in this requirement.
2Volume II, I'm not going to use a subcontractor (or I'm not planning on it), do I still need to submit the Attachment L5 Consent form?, and if so, what other information is to be used in this form other than a future subcontractor?Volume IIYes; Include document (L5) regardless if using a Teaming Arrangements/Joint Ventures. Identify by either completing the form or identifying if Not Applicable or N/A.
3What is Volume III supposed to enclose? What kind of contract documentation?
Volume IIIVolume III is requesting the offeror to submit the solicitation documents.
4It was posted in PIEE but canceled shortly thereafter, yet the project still appears as active on SAM.gov. I have also requested access to Amendment 01 on SAM.gov, which is currently under controlled access.Yes, our office tried to post under PIEE but then on our end it was saying it did not publish. We tried again but since the Solicitation number was used the system already it would not allow us to proceed, leading us to post to SAM directly.

The document in question has been unlocked.
