Questions from Industry

Question Response

When will the bidder’s library be available? The bidder's library will be made available on FBO NLT

Final RFP release. The library will be gradually populated as documents become available.

Will either bidder’s library contain historical data on personnel resources? This data will improve competition, by providing context for the requirements for non-incumbent offerors.

• Two bidders library –

Classified and UNCLASS

• We will provide workload data in the bidders library.

Will either bidder’s library contain an inventory of the equipment the Government expects the Prime contractor to accept at award?

Yes

Would the Government please provide historical data detailing material purchases the Government required the

Contractor to purchase?

Yes, we will provide such data in the bidders library

Is the Mission Operations Center scope of work for all

50SW organizations, tenant units, and Geographically

Separate Units (GSU) supporting Schriever AFB?

Answers for this will be clarified within the Industry Day

Briefing

Questions (cont.)

Is the Configuration Management scope of work for all

50SW organizations, tenant units, and GSUs supporting

Schriever AFB? How many total mission system require

CM support?

Answers for this will be clarified within the Industry Day

Briefing

Are there any other locations where physical contractor support will be needed other than Schriever AFB, OKC, and MECC? Is physical contractor support needed at any 50

SW GSU?

Answers for this will be clarified within the Industry Day

Briefing

Please list any SAFB tenant units that will require contractor support.

Answers for this will be clarified within the Industry Day

Briefing

Will all documents referenced in the Draft PWS be made available in the bidder’s library?

Yes, depending on classification and availability of electronic copy

DRFP states: The contractor shall submit the deliverables listed in the PWS and in accordance with Section J, Exhibit

A, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). Section J, Exhibit A is the DD254.

Does the Government intend to provide the CDRL List?

Yes

Is the Government going to make a Bidder’s Library available on FBO or through other means (e.g., CD)?

FBO as clarified above

Would the Government consider aligning its CLIN structure more closely with the PWS requirements? Mapping entire

PWS chapters to multiple CLINs complicates the work breakdown structure. Currently, five CLINs specify multiple or overlapping PWS chapters.

The CLIN structure presented in this briefing has changed slightly from the DRFP and is the final CLIN structure

NAS Sigonella is not listed with GBS resources for which operations and maintenance shall be performed; however, it is listed in other sections of the PWS. Should NAS

Sigonella be included as well?

Answers for this will be clarified within the Industry Day

Briefing

Will the Government provide the Services Summary to clearly define the WICS Performance Standards?

SS will be provided in final RFP

Which databases are included on the 50 SW Database

Listing as it applies to this offering?

Answers for this will be clarified within the Industry Day

Briefing

Did the Government intend to craft these paragraphs specifically for Software/Database applications only or does this requirement extend to GBSOC as well?

These apply to GBSOC as well

Are all areas requiring Configuration Management provided in 50 SWI 33-133? (50 SWI 33-113)

Answers for this will be clarified within the Industry Day

Briefing

NAS Sigonella is not mentioned in Table 6-1. Are there IA responsibilities at the Sigonella site as well? PWS paragraph 2.3.1.5 indicates a requirement to distribute IAVA to the Sigonella DECC-PIP. Please clarify if NAS Sigonella should be listed in Table 6-1 as an IA responsibility?

Answers for this will be clarified within the Industry Day

Briefing

Will all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for

GBSOC that Lockheed Martin has developed be made available in the Bidder’s Library?

Yes
