The scope of this PWS includes potential changes to the 50 SW missions and services that may require support to a level yet to be determined (TBD). In addition, during the life of the WICS contract outside agencies may locate to SAFB that may require support under this PWS.

SAFB

SAFB is home to the 50 SW. Support is required for various Information and Communications systems and other associated organizations.

Tinker AFB, OK (OKC)

The Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) at Tinker AFB, OK (hereafter referred to as

OKC) houses the Global Broadcast Service (GBS) “Primary” Satellite Broadcast Manager

(SBM) equipment and provides GBS Global Information Grid (GIG) network connectivity.
