About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for Solicitation Number FA2521-25-Q-B095, providing clarifications for a federal contract opportunity at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS). The Q&A covers several key operational details, including electrical power availability at Hangar C (power is available, contractors should bring extension cords), base access credentials (to be provided in advance with inspections at each entry point), and equipment usage restrictions (equipment allowed on paved surfaces). Additional logistics details include bus breakdown protocols (can operate with one bus down, replacement needed within 2 hours if multiple buses are non-operational), and confirmation that no live-streaming or event recording is required. The document also specifies that no staging, tables, chairs, podiums, or additional event infrastructure will be provided by the government, with the start and finish lines being managed by different teams. Fencing requirements are set at 4 feet in height, and while formal rehearsals are not mandated, accommodations can be made if needed.
