FA2521-19-Q-B009 Title: Firing Range Maintenance Contract

SITE VISIT RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

19 Mar 2019@0900 Patrick Air Force Base, FL 32925

1. Hello….My name is Mr. Mobley a Contract Specialist here at Patrick Air Force Base Contracting Office. The purpose of this site visit is to allow prospective offerors the opportunity to inspect the site where the work is to be performed, in accordance with clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work. It will be assumed all attendees are familiar with the solicitation and all attachments (i.e. Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings.)

2. If you are planning to attend site visit, please email me (Mr. Mobley at kiwanus.mobley.1@us.af.mil ) by NLT 18 Mar 19 so that I can get an idea of the number of attendees expected. You must have a current driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance information ready for verification to gain access. I will meet everyone at the North Gate visitors’ center at 0830. 3. The Program Manager, Mr. Everette Burton, will be available for questions; however, the intent of this site visit is for all offerors to receive the same information. Therefore, ALL questions asked at this site shall also be submitted in writing (Question and Answer Template will be available). All questions will be posted to FBO.gov within 7 days.Any further questions should be submitted in writing no later than 10 days prior to the proposal closing date of 1 Apr 2019. This will allow questions to be answered in a timely manner and not jeopardize the proposal closing date/time.
