01 SOLICITATION QUESTIONS, PAVING IDIQ
Q1. In the bid schedule Item 01 A09 is for Milling Asphalt and Incidental Concrete. Does the concrete in this item have rebar? If so, please amend the line item to read Reinforced Concrete or non-reinforced concrete.
A1. No, the incidental concrete is not reinforced. The intent of “incidental concrete” is for the utility cuts that are occasionally patched with plain unreinforced Portland Concrete Cement pavement.
Q2. What is the minimum and maximum task order size for this IDIQ?
A2. Question answered via Amendment, adding FAR Clause 52.216-19
