SUBJECT: Questions Regarding FA251725Q0123 – 16 EWS Landscape Maintenance

1. This MFR is being accomplished to address questions in relation to the solicitation posted on sam.gov

2. Questions:

Q1. If there is no specific date, are you the point of contact to schedule a walkthrough of the worksite?

A1. There will be no site visit or walkthrough for this requirement.

Q2. What is the evaluation criteria? Lowest cost? Best value? Etc.?

A2. The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible Offeror whose quotation represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the

Government.

Q3. Is there a past performance requirement? If so, how do you want us to demonstrate previous experience?

A3. There is not a past performance requirement.

Q4. When is the period of performance for this job?

A4. The period of performance is 30 Sep 20 – 28 Jan 26

Q5. What is the anticipated budget for this requirement?

A5. The anticipated budget will not be released for this requirement.

Q6. Is this requirement fully funded?

A6. Yes, this requirement is fully funded.

Q7. We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.

A7. This is a brand new requirement.

Q8. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?

A8. Not applicable, this is a brand new requirement.

Q9. Are there dimensions and/or square footage to be provided for these areas?

A9. The estimated square foot of the area, greenscape and hardscape, is 4800 sq ft.

Q10. The scope of work provided excludes items listed in the proposed legend of the

Landscape Enlarged plans - ie. The SOW does not inform installation of landscape boulders, metal edging, cobble mulch, boulder terraced wall, segmented retaining wall, bike racks and bollards. Should these items be excluded?

A10. The scope of work for this project is listed in section 3 of the PWS.

Q11. It says "optional" next to 2 PWS items. Can you clarify what this means?

A11. A quote needs to be provided for all line items on the attachment 2 pricing sheet. The government may choose to not fund the optional items.
