Response: As this is a Blanket Purchase Agreement, there is no firm check-in and check-out dates. The rooms shall be reserved on an “as needed” basis. This request is for pricing for rooms as indicated in the proposal.
Question 4 - Is there a limit on the number of different hotels that can be used?

Question 5 - Will the Air Force promise to cover all 365 days, without exceptions?
Response: The Air Force will utilize the contractor facilities on an “as needed” basis. The Air Force does not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of rooms per year.
The Air Force number of rooms per month fluctuates between 250-500 due to schedules of training. This is typically the first weekend of the month with +/- 3-5 days prior/after that weekend to cover roughly 40 people (on an as needed basis). There are special events that may cause a need to be housed in one location if possible or to move a date of stay within the month.
