Exhibit A – Schedule of Deliverables The award effective date will be 30 September 2016. The delivery date of the completed product shall be 29 September 2019. All deliveries are expressed in calendar months. Each delivery must be submitted to the Designated Government Representative (DGR) on the last calendar day of the designated month, or if this day falls on a weekend or holiday it must be submitted the last business day prior to the last calendar day of the designated month.
As an integral part of fulfilling the requirements of this document, the Contractor may need to travel to domestic locations. See Paragraph 12 of the Statement of Delivery Requirements for probable locations and estimated durations. The Contractor shall incorporate all travel costs in their quote.
This information is provided to potential offerors to assist in pricing. Thirty-six (36) equal payments will be made to the Contractor as invoiced by the Contractor following DGR acceptance of each item.
