SUBJECT: FA2517-15-R-8001 RFP Release Date
1. This is a notice to inform all interested parties that the RFP will not be released on 1
March, as originally anticipated. The new RFP release date is anticipated on or around the week of 27 March 2017.
2. The Government is moving forward with the planned site visits to both Beale AFB and
Clear AFS the week of 13 March 2017, details of which were posted to fbo.gov on 31
January. An update regarding the weather conditions near Beale was posted on 21
February. Please review the details of both postings, and if interested in attending the site visits, submit your RSVPs AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
3. This change in the RFP release date will allow all questions arising from the site visit, and any changes to the RFP, if necessary, to be addressed prior to the official release.
4. Notice to Offerors: Because the site visit is ahead of the official RFP release, funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made until funds are available.
The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
5. Please contact the Contracting Officer if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.
