About this file

This document is an amendment to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by North Shore Community College for a Service Agreement for Fire Alarm & Fire Protection Inspection/ Testing/ Programming. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, most eligible, and responsible bidder, with consideration given to the bidder's experience and quality of services, particularly those with Honeywell Gamewell / FCI E3 / Focal Point installation and programming experience. The award will be based on a cumulative evaluation of several pricing factors, including per-building pricing, hourly rates for normal and other hours, standby technician rates, and five-year obstruction testing rates. The contract term is three years with two one-year renewal options.

Regarding pricing, there is no total bid amount specified, and the cumulative costs for the three-year contract plus the two option years will be calculated by North Shore Community College to determine the lowest bidder. There are no set-asides or incumbent information provided, and the funding requirements and sources are not explicitly stated.
