About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for an AV Buildout project at Tinker Air Force Base, detailing technical specifications for audiovisual systems across multiple conference rooms with classified network requirements. The project involves installing eight 85" Samsung and one 75" LG monitors, along with six to seven government-furnished equipment (GFE) computers per conference room, supporting multiple network classifications including NIPR, SECRET, TS, and TS/SCIF. Each conference room will have specific configuration needs, including video teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities, codec support, and content sharing requirements.
The solicitation (F3YCBN5133A001) is a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 90-day performance period, evaluated using a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Key requirements include TAA-compliant equipment, on-site training, and support for Microsoft Teams in select rooms. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 26 June 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, with point of contact Darrius Miller. The project involves complex audiovisual integration across multiple security domains, requiring careful consideration of network separation, microphone configurations, display technologies, and control system implementations.
