About this file
This Statement of Objectives (SOO) details an audiovisual (AV) systems integration project for five conference rooms at Tinker Air Force Base. The project requires procurement, installation, and configuration of AV equipment including television displays, touch screen controllers, data rack cabinets, and associated cabling across multiple conference rooms. Specific equipment requirements include two 86-inch displays per room (some already government-provided), lockable data rack cabinets, touch screen controllers, and a video wall in one conference room.
The contract solicitation (F3YCBN5133A001) is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement with two primary contract line items: equipment and installation. The total performance period is 90 days after receipt of order, with a site visit scheduled for 26 June 2025 at 10:00AM CST. Contractor qualifications include a Certified Audio Visual Technician, Oklahoma Licensed Electrician, and minimum three years of AV system integration experience. The evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria, with all equipment required to be TAA compliant and compatible with classified and unclassified networks. The project is being executed by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center.
