About this file

The document is a set of additional questions for Solicitation F3YCBN5133A001, an Audio/Visual (AV) buildout project for Tinker Air Force Base. The solicitation involves a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with two primary contract line items (CLINs): Equipment and Installation, with a 90-day performance period after receipt of order. Key technical requirements include system compatibility with classified and unclassified networks, TAA compliance, and comprehensive user training.

Specific details from the questions reveal technical specifications for the AV system, including conference room configuration requirements such as display locations, KVM switch placement, and touch panel control for presentations. The government will not consider alternative display locations, and requires keyboards and mice to be positioned at the far end of conference tables. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 26 June 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, with Darrius Miller as the point of contact. The contract will be awarded using a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method, and offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible.
